His deep involvement in standards-setting organizations like MPEG-4, SCTE, and ISMA speaks to his role in defining the technology that powers digital media today.

As CTO of Wurl, Yuval has helped transform how CTV content is distributed and monetized, making him an invaluable asset to AdGood. His technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our platform operates seamlessly, efficiently delivering high-quality ad inventory to nonprofits while maximizing the benefits for publishers.

Mark Garner – A Media Industry Leader Driving FAST Innovation

Mark Garner is Executive Vice President & Head of GLOBAL FAST at A+E Networks, where he leads efforts to monetize and distribute premium content across emerging platforms. His experience spans traditional TV, FAST channels, podcasting, and global content expansion, making him a leader in modern content monetization strategies.

With a background in both corporate media and startups, Mark understands how to scale businesses while keeping purpose-driven initiatives at the forefront. His board experience with industry organizations and nonprofits makes him the perfect fit to help AdGood forge key partnerships, expand its impact, and ensure sustainable growth.

Jason Krebs – A Media and Technology Trailblazer

Jason Krebs has spent his career at the intersection of media, technology, and entrepreneurship, holding executive positions at The New York Times, Conde Nast, The Walt Disney Company, and Google. His ability to identify opportunities for growth and transformation in media businesses has led to successful investments and exits in companies like DoubleVerify and Applovin.

As a strategic advisor to global media and tech companies, Jason brings a sharp business acumen and a deep understanding of advertising ecosystems. At AdGood, his guidance will help shape strategic initiatives, optimize monetization strategies, and strengthen industry relationships to make nonprofit CTV advertising a reality.

Russell Mathias – An AdTech Finance and Operations Expert

With over a decade of experience in AdTech, Russell Mathias has played a key role in finance, strategy, and operations at companies like Vungle (acquired by Blackstone) and Wurl (acquired by AppLovin, NASDAQ: APP). His expertise in advertising monetization and digital transformation will be instrumental in helping AdGood navigate the complexities of CTV ad inventory and operational efficiency.

Russell’s deep knowledge of ad supply chains and programmatic advertising will be key in ensuring AdGood delivers maximum value to both publishers and nonprofits.
