Official Terms & Condition
Eligibility
Open only to nonprofit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Organizations that are primarily political, lobbying, or faith-based in nature are not eligible.
An authorized representative of the nonprofit must provide accurate contact information at the time of entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or if the provided email address is invalid or undeliverable, AdGood reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
This raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry
Nonprofits may enter the giveaway by providing their organization’s information and contact details at the AdGood trade show booth during the event.
By entering, participants consent to AdGood’s use of their information for event administration, raffle execution, and future communications regarding AdGood products and services.
Drawing and Prizes
Giveaway drawings will take place on November 4, 2025 and November 5, 2025.
At each drawing, a nonprofit will be randomly selected to win 1,000,000 Connected TV impressions delivered via AdGood’s managed service.
Non-winning entries will automatically roll over into subsequent drawings.
All winners will be notified via email after each drawing.
Prize has no cash value, may not be transferred or sold, and may not be substituted.
Any tax implications or reporting requirements are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Campaign Execution
Campaigns will be executed by AdGood’s managed service team.
Campaigns include geographic targeting (GEO) at no charge. Additional third-party targeting options are available for a fee.
Campaign must launch no later than February 31, 2026.
Nonprofits must provide a broadcast-quality CTV advertisement that meets AdGood’s technical specifications and is approved by AdGood.
Campaign duration will depend on available inventory within the selected GEO.
AdGood does not guarantee that impressions will be served on any specific publisher, platform, or content. Campaign delivery will occur across AdGood’s available inventory and is subject to available impressions at the time of flighting.
AdGood makes no guarantee of results, donations, or audience engagement from the awarded campaign.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless AdGood, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
AdGood shall not be responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or campaign performance beyond inventory delivery.
AdGood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time without liability, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical issues beyond its control.
Privacy and Data Use
Information collected through raffle entry will be used to administer the raffle, contact winners, and for AdGood sales and marketing follow-ups.
Data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant AdGood the right to use their organization’s name, logo, and a representative’s quote (to be provided upon request) for promotional purposes related to AdGood’s services.
This may include but is not limited to press releases, marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
No additional compensation will be provided.
Agreement to Terms
Entry into the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Nonprofits must execute AdGood’s standard Insertion Order before campaign launch. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsor and Governing Law
This giveaway is sponsored solely by AdGood Foundation. It is not endorsed, administered, or associated with the trade show venue, event organizers, or any technology partners.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles/California.
